RETURN POLICY

I do my best to be thorough in my descriptions by including well-lit photos, dimensions, and product care suggestions.

• If work arrives to you damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. You must contact me within 48hrs of the item’s arrival, please have a photo of the damaged item and let me know if you would prefer a replacement or refund.

• Returns or replacements for aesthetic/stylistic reasons are accepted within 7 days of initial delivery and are subject to a return shipping charge.

• I do not accept returns on custom projects, you will be able to approve the form and design before the firing, and before final payment.

Custom Order Timeline

Commissions can take between 6-8 weeks for completion from date of deposit payment. I require a 50% deposit up front in order to secure your order.

Once you have submitted payment, please know you may not receive a response right away unless we need to discuss something in the making process. I will be in touch once I have made the object and am ready to decorate!

Custom Cost & Pricing

Deposits are nonrefundable. Please expect to pay the remainder plus shipping costs when your piece is ready to ship.

You will receive updates with photos and will be able to give input or request changes if needed along the way! I do not offer refunds on custom work unless it arrives to you damaged.
